Step 1:  We complete an initial preliminary feasibility review to verify that we can  provide funding for your commercial funding project.  

Step 2:  Once we complete our feasibility review and have confirmed that we can potentially provide funding for your commercial project, we will then provide you with a prequal term sheet OR Letter of Intent.  In some cases you may need to complete the applicable commercial loan application and provide a current copy of your 3 credit score credit report.
