APPRAISAL REQUIREMENT:

Appraisals Always Required. If recent appraisal completed, it can be reviewed for possible use on a case by case basis.

TIME TO CLOSE:

For No Doc Program, closing can be in as little as 2 weeks. For all other programs, approximately 30-45 days from receipt of required documents requested for underwriting.

MINIMUM PERSONAL FICO SCORE:

Minimum FICO score required is 620. FICO score DOES NOT ultimately determine underwriting approval. We can review scenario’s with credit scores less than 620 on case by case basis.

INTEREST RATE:

Interest rates typically range from 6.99% to 10.99% depending on borrower qualifications and experience. Rate could be higher based on specific deal scenario.

TERM LENGTH:

Term Length is typically 24 Months and up to 30 year terms.

Nationwide, most major metropolitan markets, except Oregon, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont
